With over 18 years of experience leading and scaling high-growth businesses across SEA
Sean focuses on empowering sales organizations with the skills, mindset and leadership frameworks through targeted programs.
Having built and led commercial, sales and go-to-market teams at various growth stage startups and MNC - Grab, hoolah (South East Asia's first BNPL, sold to ShopBack), Chope Group (sold to Grab), iProperty.com Group (sold to Newscorp's REA), Singtel and Yahoo!, Sean understands what it takes to develop high-impact sales teams and cultures that will drive revenue and optimize sales.
Beyond sales leadership, Sean has also played a key role in four successful business exits, including the US$534 million sale of iProperty.com Group to Newscorp’s REA Group — a record-breaking deal in Southeast Asia. His experience extends to market entry strategies, M&A strategy and scaling businesses for acquisition, giving him a unique perspective on what makes a business truly valuable and sustainable.
